River Oaks Mobile Home Park is a 40-acre multifamily property situated in the quiet rural community of Wellborn, located 4 miles south of College Station, Texas, home of Texas A&M University.
In 1975 River Oaks Mobile Home Park opened by offering lot spaces for mobile homes and small 1-2 bedroom units for rent. Since that time, the park has grown to also include short term and vacation rentals for out-of-town Aggie fans and Brazos Valley visitors alike.
